NCA conducts 'Train the Trainer' Workshop

The National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru recently conducted 'Train the Trainer' Workshop as part of the Faculty Development Program. This was done with the help of an External Learning and Development Partner to identify and increase the pool of Faculty who will conduct BCCI’s newly designed Coach Certification Programs.

A total number of 20 Level-3 Certified Coaches applied for the Faculty role and after a round of selections, 12 candidates who were selected underwent this Workshop to learn Facilitation skills.
