The Decision Review System (DRS) will be used in a limited capacity during the semifinals and final of the Ranji Trophy 2019-20.
In each innings, each team shall be allowed to make a maximum of four player review requests that are categorized as unsuccessful.

Whenever a batsman steps down to play at the ball, the third umpire shall use the side angle camera to decide whether the impact is more than 9 feet from the wickets. The 5 feet marking shall be used as a guide.
The semifinals ā Gujarat versus Saurashtra in Rajkot and Bengal versus Karnataka in Kolkata ā will commence on February 29, while the final will be played from March 9.
