The Selection Panel of the West Indies Cricket Board announced a 13-member squad for the three-day, tour match between the WICB President’s XI and India, starting Thursday at Warner Park in St. Kitts.
The selectors announced seven changes to the team that played the first practice game at the same venue. West Indies fast bowler Kemar Roach, who has played 37 Tests, is the most notable inclusion.
Rajendra Chandrika, Roston Chase and Shane Dowrich, all of whom have been picked in the West Indies squad for the first Test, as well as Damion Jacobs, Marquino Mindley and Jomel Warrican have been swapped out, the Board said in a release.
Squad: Leon Johnson (Captain), Jermaine Blackwood, John Campbell, Rahkeem Cornwall, Jason Dawes, Jahmar Hamilton, Montcin Hodge, Chemar Holder, Shai Hope, Keon Joseph, Gudakesh Motie, Kemar Roach and Vishaul Singh.
