We collect and why, how we use it, and how to review and update it.Delhi, March 6: Harbhajan Singh is back to full fitness and on the way to regaining top form. His match-winning performance in the Vijay Hazare Trophy match against Maharashtra, where he picked up three for 35 and scored an unbeaten 79 in a successful chase for Punjab, is a welcome reminder of his capabilities
"I can't wait to be there. It's still there in me. God-willing, I will be getting back to the place I deserve," Harbhajan said, revealing his eagerness to return to the national squad.
The feisty off-spinner insists he has left all his injuries behind and credits the time spent in the National Cricket Academy (NCA) for his recovery.
"There has been a lot of improvement in terms of body positioning. I have worked a lot at the NCA. I am totally fit and happy with the way things are going at the moment. I’ve played five competitive matches.
"I look to bowl in good rhythm, wickets will come. I have been injured a lot. I had a spleen [problem] and before that, a muscle-pull in my stomach. I am happy to be playing after many injuries. It's good to be on the ground," said Harbhajan.
The Turbanator took the opportunity to wish his Punjab mate Yuvraj Singh a quick recovery from lung cancer.
"Yuvi is doing pretty well. I talk to him often. He is like a brother and I thank you all for your prayers. Let's wish him well and pray for his quick recovery," he said.
Punjab coach Vikram Rathore hailed the captain and the senior pro for his performance that helped the team qualify for the quarterfinals of the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
"He had a sheen problem after he was dropped but since his comeback, he has been exceptional. This effort will do his confidence a world of good," Rathore said.
