Devika Vaidya replaces Pooja Vastrakar in India Women's WT20 squad

The All-India Women’s Selection Committee has named leg spinner Devika Vaidya as Pooja Vastrakar’s replacement in Indian Women’s Cricket team’s squad for the ongoing ICC World Twenty20.

Pooja suffered an injury to her left knee during a practice game on 4th November against the Windies. The ICC Event Technical Committee has approved the replacement and Devika has reached Antigua and joined the Indian squad.

Unbeaten in the tournament, India, led by Harmanpreet Kaur, will take on England in the semi-final at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, North Sound, Antigua.
