Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA) plans to develop a state-of-the-art cricket stadium with a minimum seating capacity of 40,000 seats in Ghaziabad.

As part of the UPCA’s facilitation mandate & vision for development of cricket in the state of Uttar Pradesh, the board is all set to develop a cricket stadium in line with international standards that will play host to cricket at large and an array of events other than the game. The development of the same would be accompanied by an indoor stadium and a range of other commercial and real estate facilities such as hotels, clubs, apartments etc.

For the successful execution & implementation of the grand vision, the UPCA has sent out a global invitation for EOI (Expression of Interest) towards Real Estate, Operations and Advertising & Branding.

A Tender process for the same has been initiated by the UPCA that would entail the submission of the EOI by interested parties individually or through partnerships meeting the eligibility criteria set out in this EOI.
